It’s a lot better than explaining whats wrong because it’s less work and it’s not like people will understand you. Being quiet lets you think about things in your head a lot more peaceful and it just leaves you in your own world. And sometimes if you want to grab someone’s attention, being quiet is a lot more attention catching than doing something else.
